You have heard many people say it and I'm sure if you are here then the same is true for you. The outdoors is a passion for us and I mean all things outdoors from the hard work of farming to the serious business of whitetail deer hunting.

This website was created by Jason Smith to help you find land for sale in the Loess Hills, or to have a great place to sell your land. We live and work in the Loess Hills of Western Iowa and cover the entire region from the Missouri River eastward. From the flats of the Missouri River valley to the slopes of the Loess Hills you can find all of those listings here.

Jason is a licensed agent and an auctioneer. Jason is the owner of Smith Auction Marketing Company. His auctioneering company serves the entire midwest offering farm and land auctions in Iowa and surrounding states.

Jason and his wife Nicole live on a farm in the Loess Hills with their two labrador retrievers. A sign in the area says "If you are lucky enough to live in the hills, you are lucky enough" This is something that Jason and Nicole would tell you is true. Whether you plan to live in the hills, have a weekend getaway, farm or just hold for investment the Loess Hills are one of Iowa's best kept secrets and some of the finest land in the world.
